I have contacted GS multiple times since then requesting that my **** be refunded and my gift card applied as it was by their own fault it did not process. Well they did finally stop 7/15, which is after they went ahead and charged my credit card again- the same day I received the email that my replacement gift card was in process. **** A replied stating to ignore the emails and they will stop. I did not- I replied that I was told that previously. Again ************** replied that all was ok with my payment method and I should stop receiving the emails. In the mean time he did not put a stop to the emails- I continued to receive them and reached out again via email 7/13 asking that they stop sending me emails stating my pymt was declined. The only solution he offered was reissuing my gift card to update my payment method on my order later to which I grudgingly agreed, if it would resolve my issue. Spoke to ***** who told me it was an issue with my gift card- did not make sense to me as it went through and accepted for $31.79 which was exactly the amount left. I continued to receive emails stating my payment was declined. I emailed GS customer service, where ************** replied that "all seems to be ok" and apologized for the inconvenience (I have record of all of these emails). So I did not understand what was wrong with my order. I could see the ***** charge pending on my ****, so I did not understand the issue, as well as I received a shipping confirmation that same day July 8th. The next day I started receiving emails from GS stating that my payment was declined. I have an order confirmation showing this, attached. My order was to be paid in part by gift card in the amount of $31.79 and my **** in the amount of $*****. On 7/7/23 I placed an order on in the amount of $92.80.
